A door is a rentable unit you have set up in the account, whether or not it is occupied. No setup fee, no per-user charge, no contract. Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly by card.

How billing works.

  • Monthly, in advance. Your card is charged on the same day each month for the month ahead.
  • Change plans whenever. If you cross a door count, you move to the next plan on your next billing date. Nothing stops working in the meantime.
  • Cancel whenever. Cancel in the account and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
  • No setup fee, no annual contract, no per-user charge.
  • Online rent collection is being rolled out to accounts in stages and may carry its own transaction cost when it reaches you. You will be told the amount before it is turned on for your account.

What is not included.

Tenant screening, credit and background checks, electronic signatures, full double-entry accounting, and security deposit handling are not part of the product. See the software page for the current, honest list.
