Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing chad@chadpharris.com from the address on the account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not cut off access immediately.

2. What happens after you cancel

You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that the account becomes inactive. Your data is retained for 30 days after the period ends so you can export it or change your mind, then it is deleted.

3. First-payment refund

If you are within 14 days of your first subscription payment and the product is not right for you, email us and we will refund that payment in full. No conditions attached.

4. Ongoing subscription payments

After the first 14 days, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months and for periods where the account went unused. Cancelling part way through a month does not produce a prorated refund; you simply keep access to the end of it.

5. Exceptions we will honour

We will issue a refund outside the situations above where:

• You were charged after cancelling.
• You were charged an amount that does not match the plan you were on.
• You were charged more than once for the same period.
• A prolonged outage on our side made the service unusable for a significant part of the billing period.

Email us with the date and amount of the charge and we will sort it out.

6. Plan changes

Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next billing date and does not refund the current month. Moving to a larger plan takes effect at your next billing date unless you ask us to make it immediate.

7. Rent payments collected through the software

This policy covers your subscription to the software. It does not cover rent or other payments made by a tenant to a property owner through the application. Those are between the tenant and the owner, and any refund of them is the owner's decision, subject to the applicable lease and law. Bank returns and reversals of tenant payments are recorded in the ledger, not refunded by CPH.

8. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Most appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
